Policies 

A $15 late fee will be applied immediately following the 10-minute grace period. After 15 minutes, the appointment may no longer be accommodated. 

Failure to cancel at least 24 hours prior to appointment will result in a $25 late cancellation fee and may result in forfeiture of future booking privileges. 

A redo service will be offered within two weeks of original service, on a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.  No refunds will be issued before the stylist is given the opportunity to adjust or fix any discrepancies.
